She works closely with institutional investors, investment funds, developers and real estate companies on acquisitions, disposals, development projects and asset management activities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Her experience includes legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, coordinating legal workstreams and supporting clients throughout every stage of a transaction, from the initial structuring phase through signing, closing and post-closing implementation. She also advises on commercial leases, property management agreements and other contracts relating to the management and operation of commercial real estate assets.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beatrice has gained experience across a variety of asset classes, including office, retail, logistics, hospitality and data centres. Working alongside the Firm\u2019s partners, she contributes to complex domestic and cross-border transactions, combining technical accuracy with a practical and solution-oriented approach.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She graduated in Law and has been admitted to the Milan Bar since 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She works in Italian and English.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>She is an Associate in the Real Estate practice at Apollo &#038;
