Alessandra Zuttioni is a Partner in the Real Estate practice at Apollo & Associati.
She advises institutional investors, investment funds, developers, asset managers and international market participants on complex real estate transactions across Italy, with particular experience in acquisitions and disposals, development and regeneration projects, portfolio transactions and asset management.
Her practice covers the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, from legal due diligence and transaction structuring through to the negotiation of transaction documents, signing, closing and post-closing implementation. She also advises clients on commercial leasing, development agreements and the day-to-day legal management of commercial real estate assets.
Alessandra has extensive experience across a broad range of asset classes, including logistics, office, retail, hospitality and data centres. She regularly assists both domestic and international clients in the execution of sophisticated real estate transactions, combining strong technical expertise with a practical and commercially focused approach.
Before joining Apollo & Associati, she gained valuable experience in both notarial and litigation practice, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the legal issues affecting complex real estate transactions and enhancing her ability to anticipate and manage transactional risk.
She graduated in Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and has been admitted to the Milan Bar since 2002.
She works in Italian and English.
