Davide Ottavio Apollo is the Founder and Managing Partner of Apollo & Associati and is widely recognised as one of Italy’s leading real estate lawyers.
For more than three decades, he has advised institutional investors, investment funds, developers, financial institutions and multinational corporations on many of the Italian market’s most significant real estate and real estate finance transactions. His experience spans acquisitions and disposals, portfolio transactions, joint ventures, development projects, real estate investment funds, structured finance and complex cross-border investments.
Clients value his ability to combine legal excellence with commercial judgement, delivering pragmatic solutions on transactions where legal, financial and strategic considerations are closely interconnected. He is regularly involved in matters requiring sophisticated transaction structuring, complex negotiations and multidisciplinary coordination.
Before founding Apollo & Associati, he held senior leadership positions at leading Italian and international law firms, including heading the Italian Real Estate practice of an international firm. Since 2012, he has led Apollo & Associati, establishing the Firm as a recognised boutique practice in the Italian real estate market.
His academic and international background includes executive programmes at the Knauss School of Business, University of San Diego, and Harvard Business School. From 2004 to 2011, he taught Contract Law on the Master in Real Estate programme at Bocconi University.
Davide is a member of the Milan Bar and the International Bar Association (IBA). He has authored numerous publications on real estate and insolvency law and is recognised by Chambers Global – The World’s Leading Lawyers for Business among Italy’s leading real estate lawyers.
