Beatrice Leonte is an Associate in the Real Estate practice at Apollo & Associati.
She focuses her practice on real estate law, assisting the Firm’s Italian and international clients in a broad range of real estate transactions and day-to-day advisory matters. She works closely with institutional investors, investment funds, developers and real estate companies on acquisitions, disposals, development projects and asset management activities.
Her experience includes legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, coordinating legal workstreams and supporting clients throughout every stage of a transaction, from the initial structuring phase through signing, closing and post-closing implementation. She also advises on commercial leases, property management agreements and other contracts relating to the management and operation of commercial real estate assets.
Beatrice has gained experience across a variety of asset classes, including office, retail, logistics, hospitality and data centres. Working alongside the Firm’s partners, she contributes to complex domestic and cross-border transactions, combining technical accuracy with a practical and solution-oriented approach.
She graduated in Law and has been admitted to the Milan Bar since 2016.
She works in Italian and English.
